JULY WORKSHOPS Two workshops are running on consecutive days in Christchurch, so it may be worth a trip to the garden city for those who are based in other areas of the country. 28 July 2015- NZ Food Innovation South are running a workshop on how to Be Market Ready, How to take a food product to market. If you are making health claims on your products or supermarkets are requesting you supply your health star rating, this is the course for you.
